Application Description
RegistroCommesse is an internal company application developed by Onyma SRL Sistemi & Tecnologie to support the operational management of technical and administrative activities. The app enables users to create, consult and update work orders, record technical interventions, manage remote assistance sessions via TeamViewer, complete timesheets, and coordinate all information required for daily operations in a structured, shared and secure manner.
The application is used exclusively by authorized internal and external technical and administrative personnel who need to track interventions, licenses, operational activities and synchronize data with the company database.
Data Processed
RegistroCommesse processes only the data strictly necessary for the functioning of the application and for the performance of company activities. Specifically:
- Operator identification data (name, surname, company email).
- Work order and intervention data (order code, description, customer, dates, status).
- Remote assistance data (TeamViewer session IDs, operational notes).
- Software license and blacklist data (license codes, block reasons).
- Timesheet data (start and end times of interventions, duration, notes).
The application does not collect or use any unnecessary or sensitive data, including:
- IP addresses;
- geolocation or position data;
- browsing history or movement tracking;
- biometric data;
- sensitive or judicial data;
- personal information not relevant to company operations.
User authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication (Google), which securely manages login credentials. Onyma SRL does not store user passwords: it retains only name, surname and company email, which are required to identify operators and grant access to the services.
Legal Basis and Purposes
Data processing is carried out:
- for the performance of employment or collaboration contracts;
- to fulfil internal organizational and operational requirements;
- for the management of work orders, technical interventions and remote support;
- for the proper maintenance of company records and software licenses.
Technologies Used (Firebase and Internal Systems)
The app uses Firebase cloud services (Google) for authentication and secure data handling, with transmission through protected HTTPS connections. Operational data is also stored on Onyma SRL’s internal server, protected by physical and logical security measures, and synchronized with the company database on the Windows network.
Access Mode
Access to the app requires login with email/password via Firebase Authentication. Initial accounts are provided by company support; after the first login, users are required to change their password to ensure security and privacy.
Data Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil operational purposes and legal obligations (accounting, tax, contractual), in accordance with Onyma SRL internal policies.
Data Sharing
Data processed through RegistroCommesse is used exclusively for internal company purposes. It may be shared with:
- authorized internal personnel (technical and administrative staff);
- IT service providers acting as data processors under contractual agreements.
